She grew up in her family\u2019s 4-star hotel in Liechtenstein, working in nearly every role\u2014from housekeeping and F&B to team management\u2014gaining firsthand insight into the industry\u2019s daily challenges.<\/p>\n
Prior to founding Lobby, Romy was working as a software engineer first in the gaming industry then in banking, developing CRM for major financial institutions.<\/p>\n
