In parallel, <strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> models and <strong>human strategies <\/strong>will be examined and compared <strong>alongside business intelligence tools,<\/strong> offering an overall view of the different methodologies adopted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion panels, which will host representatives from <strong>Booking.com, Google Travel<\/strong> and <strong>Airbnb<\/strong>, will explore the impact of technology on distribution models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the marketing front, recent developments aimed at improving the <strong>efficiency<\/strong> and <strong>personalisation<\/strong> of marketing campaigns will be presented, while a specific area will be devoted to <strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> and its emerging role in managing reservations and guest messaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key theme will be the growing reliance on startups specialising in automated review responses and customer care chatbots, which are consolidating their reliability within the sector. In addition, the <strong>application of AI technologies in different types of hospitality<\/strong> will be explored, with a special focus on hybrid hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will also be an analysis of the barriers and challenges to adopting these technologies, including the lack of qualified human resources. In a debate moderated by Francesco Tapinassi, Federalberghi, Confindustria Hotel and Confesercenti will discuss these critical issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotel chains are also widely represented, with established names such as Four Seasons, Starhotels, Voihotels and emerging medium-sized groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Data Appeal<\/strong> will also bring success stories from foreign cases, illustrating excellent examples of AI adoption in international accommodation facilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This is just a brief summary of a very rich programme of guests.<\/em><br><em>We look forward to seeing you in Florence on 27 and 28 November 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Innovation and Challenges of the sector.
